I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona where my family was active at Temple Chai. I attended Arizona State University where I received a B.S. in Psychology, and then Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana for my medical education. I did my residency in Pediatrics at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, and then moved to Houston to work for Baylor College of Medicine as a neonatal hospitalist at Texas Children's Pavilion for Women and Ben Taub General Hospital. I am board certified in Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
I completed my mohel certification with the Berit Mila Program of Reform Judaism, and my family and I are active members at Congregation Beth Israel in Houston, TX.
